  • Unincorporated Residential Projects - Locations of approved residential projects and subdivisions with fifty or more dwelling units. These projects are located in Unincorporated Palm Beach County, outside of any municipal boundaries, and are approved by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.

  • Municipal Residential Projects - Residential communities that are located within the Municipal boundaries of Palm Beach County. This information is collected from a variety of sources, including the Palm Beach County School Board, and greatly relies on the support of municipal cooperation. As such, the list may have varying levels of accuracy.

 

  • CCRT Areas - (Countywide Community Revitalization Team Areas)

  • Mobile Home Parks - Mobile Home Parks in Palm Beach County; displays parks located within the Municipalities and unincorporated areas.

  • Residential Projects Inventory - Locations of approved residential projects and subdivisions with fifty or more dwelling units. These projects are located in Unincorporated Palm Beach County, outside of any municipal boundaries, and are approved by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners. The majority of recent residential development in Palm Beach County has occurred in large-scale, master-planned communities.

  • Senior Communities - Palm Beach County. Displays communities within the Municipalities and unincorporated areas. These are areas determined by the 2010 Census to house populations of seniors where 75% or more are aged 55 and over. Retirement and rest homes are included as determined by the Property Appraiser’s property use.
